How to move better in Jiu Jitsu - Yoga for BJJ
          
          Today I have another Full Body Yoga Flow designed for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Athletes! We will mainly work on hip mobility, ankle mobility and shoulder mobility. Focus on your breath and follow along this simple routine. You can do this routine every day. I recommend doing this in the morning or even after your BJJ training.
